大学選び

It's 'daigaku erabi' (choosing the university, in Japanese)

For that the sem-3 final exam has just over, then comes the right time for me (and also the other RPKJ students) to choose (actually it is a given task of choosing) the desired university and (engineering-related) courses in Japan.

Then, the related problems came:

  • There are 47 prefectures (or states), each are further divided into cities, towns and villages , and also the 100+ universities that I (we) have to choose.
  • The lists (of places, universities, and the courses) given to me (us) are in Japanese (except some particulars in the 'Health Certificate'). Though we've learn Japanese Kanjis, the name of the places, especially the prefectures differs from what we're know about the ways of reading the kanjis (some of us).

The given particulars (the lists, manuals, and application form)

Though I have to make decisions for it in this time, it still depends on the results of my sem-3 final exam, and also the EJU (Examination for Japanese University Admission for International Students).

For that, it's 'works for me' now.

(To be honest, I'm interested in the northern part, especially around the Hokkaido region)
