Given a friend (or someone within your own knowledge, with an exception of family members) is teasing you (or doing something that disturbing you that requires your attention), then, ignore them, for the reason that they just wanted to see your reaction (like some kind of an experiment), thus teasing you even more (as my experience taught me so).
Actually by doing so, you'll probably teasing them too, with your 'ignorance'. But it's all right, as long as they started it first.
